The design takes special care in the transition from the public space to the private space of the dwelling through intermediate spaces with levels of privacy adapted to each use.
The walkways act as access streets to the houses and favor, thanks to their size and geometry, the relationship between users. These areas of want to become an extension of the house itself where people meet and the limits “inside-outside” are blurred to generate community.
