The building is inserted into a small plot, which is practically exhausted with its footprint. The strategy is to generate quality outdoor spaces within the volumetry of the construction, taking advantage of the roofs and terraces on each level, facing south.

An access square separates the entrance from the road circulations, generating a more intimate entrance space for rest, which will also serve in the future extensions building.

A strategy of generous and spacious courtyards allows us to provide natural light to all services, and practically to all the premises with occupation. These courtyards are generators of circulation around them.
